In the first 21 days do NOT trust your body — You’ll be in the detox phase

Avoid all grains – absolutely remove all wheat

Remove all legumes
(especially soy, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts – are legumes not nuts,
all beans: kidney beans, pinto bean, broad beans

White rice is only ok if you don’t have issues with insulin

Remove dairy unless you do tolerate it well.

Avoid all industrial oils (canola oil, vegetable oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil)

Avoid anything processed and learn about refined carbs
