I recently came out of hospital and I was devastated to learn that I have an abnormal amount of lipids in my blood which meant I had to change the way I ate.
To be honest this was a blessing in disguise because it has set me on a path to do something about the shell I live in called a body.

This diet appealed to me because of the Paleolithic idea of “Hunter Gather” to eat, first you must hunt or gather, since we gather from the store, the hunting element is a fitness regime, gym, running and HIIT.

My intention here is to show not the after effect but a journey on where I started to where I will be in several months time.

Foods to discard:
Highly processed foods

Pasta / Rice / Tubers (Potatoes in normal speak)
