Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies are my absolute favorite paleo cookie! Did I mention they are healthy and egg free!

Here’s the ingredients:

1 C. Almond flour
1 C. Tahini
1/2 C. Maple syrup
1 Tbsp flax meal With 3 Tbsp water (Or 1 egg)
1 tsp baking soda
1 scoop collagen (optional)
Chocolate chips or chocolate chunks (I used the green Lily’s dark chocolate bar, soy & dairy free)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
