Hi Guys how r u all, in this video i would like to share you all my weight loss, before 2 years i was 76kgs later i stared Dieting and after hard work i reduced 62kgs, after six months of it again i increased to 66kgs, So there was a fluctuation in my weight loss, i was not able to reach my target. So later i started Paleo Diet and trust me guys this diet make magic in our weight loss. it was useful for me a lot, so now i reached 62kgs again, without workouts,. so i would like to share it with you guys also,.

What to eat in Paleo Diet-

Eat: Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils.

Avoid: Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats.) . Some of the dairy products are included in paleo diet.
