Recently I have started to eat a paleo diet in hopes of curing some gut health issues and autoimmune disorders. Today I will be sharing with you what I eat in a day on the paleo diet. The paleo diet is also known as the “caveman diet”. This means that I eat lean meats, seeds, fruits, and veggies. We are saying goodbye to grains, sugar, and dairy! I hope this video gives you some of your own meal ideas whether you are paleo or not. I am finally sharing my favorite homemade baked sweet potato fries. Also, I will be sharing and taste testing the Sarah’s Day healthy brownie recipe. Even though I am paleo currently, this is probably not going to be the way I eat forever. I am simply experimenting to see what works best for my body.

Healthy Brownie Recipe –
Preheat Oven: 350F
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao
60g chocolate (1 full bar)
– heat over simmering water and melt^

1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup rice malt cereal
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour .. adjust if needed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
(options) walnuts
(optional) almond butter
(optional) top w/ more chocolate bits
